Very weak (TX 200mW) , RX was bad and degenerated to nothing on the bench.
Got the original CAR board with the self destruct chips (6631), but still working.
Synthesizer is working .
PA Amplifier is functional , tested by injecting signal at input.
Antenna tuner is in working condition.
Have this unit for more than a year , fixed the ALC problem when got it was my main transceiver until recently.
ABSOLUTELY NOT IN WORKING CONDITION.
Sold for parts of repair project as is.Unit is on the bench right now and will be a winter project, if I fix it the price will go up.
Be aware that the sipping for an item like that is expensive , radio alone is 10,6 Kg packaging is 4,2Kg and box size is 67cmX56cmX4ocm or 26″x22″X16″. The best option is pickup in Quebec city G1Y 3L1.
