I have a nice TS-850s 60 million serial number. This radio in very good condition and works as it should. Comes with the newer carrier board conversion (Ukrainian Board).
Hand mic, power cable and Box (no manual) easily available on line
I have a second radio for parts if you pay the shipping I will include in the package price $600
It has no rf board and the older version carrier board which seems okay (no corrosion).
