Handhelds

Handheld transceivers in ham radio are compact devices that combine a transmitter and receiver, allowing for portable two-way communication. These devices, often referred to as walkie-talkies or HTs (handheld transceivers), are widely used in the amateur radio community for on-the-go communication. They can be analog, using frequency modulation, popular for their reliability and cost-effectiveness, or digital, allowing for more complex data transmission.
