For sale is my ICOM IC-780, S/N 01699. I am asking $1800 US + shipping.

Has full sensitivity on both receivers, 150 watts power output, all bands. Options include all IF filters, antenna tuner, voice announcing board, sleep timers, etc. Beautiful audio and a real flagship radio from ICOM from the 1980s. This was a state of the art radio, built to military standards.

Radio was originally from Japan, identical to the IC-781, power set to 150 watts output. Looks like new, with original Japanese and English manuals, all packing materials, plastic, inserts, original box. Even includes the rack handles and proper mounting screws. CRT is bright and sharp. Bandscope works great, as does the external monitor port.

Includes power cord, external monitor/data in DIN cable, RX audio out DIN cable, rack handles, 6 original longer screws for the rack handles, original plastic wrap, styrofoam inserts, accessory box, 2 manuals.

Shipping will be expensive as the radio is very heavy. I am not responsible for tariffs, duties, etc. that may be set when importing to your country. I will ship in original box, if you want a second box, you will have to coordinate with UPS to do that as I am a senior and have no additional materials, nor ability to lift it. Please arrange for UPS to pick up from my address.
