Functions of the 5300B Measuring System: DCV, ACV, FREQ (to 10 Mhz), OHM with range: 10, 100, 1000V; 10K TO 10M OHMS.
Works great and tested for accuracy on all functions / ranges.
1 set of general purpose probes included.
