The meter has seen some rough handling
a chip is missing from the meter bezel 
the case has a repaired crack on one side 
near the handle mounting hole
I have went through the unit - replacing missing hardware
Checking measurement functions and cleaning the corrosion on
the D cell battery clips
The meter now functions as intended -I will also include a set of 
test leads and some operating information with the meter
