I’m seeking a VHF/UHF scanner (USB programmable) in good cosmetic and working condition. Base station model preferred but I’d also consider a handheld.

My old nightstand scanner has gone deaf. I can’t bare to program another scanner by hand, so I’m looking for something that has native USB programming and alpha tags.
