The Radioddity QT-80 is a four band radio capable of all modes of  transmission with maximum power output of 80 watts. The receiver is quite good with the digital noise abatement.

This radio has never been off my bench and has less than two hours total use. Testing confirmed it does output 80+ watts. It has had the 11m modification done (switched jumper), so the bands include 10m, 11m, 12m, and 15m.
