It is still in its original packaging with EVERYTHING that originally came with it, including radio, antenna, battery, charger, manual, clip, etc. Even the original clear plastic cover is on the front of the radio.

AS A BONUS, it also comes with the ultra-rare ICOM HS-61 headset adapter and a protective case.

I only opened it to charge the battery and test it. The battery still holds a charge (13+ volts) and I heard air traffic control just fine on 118.8.
