Why This Server?
Ultra Reliable: Commercial chassis and hardware, dual power supplies, SAS HDD’s, bullet proof Xenon processors, error correcting RAM, quad gigabit Ethernet ports, efficient cooling. Designed for low RF noise, won’t interfere with your HF bands.
Remote Server Control: Use iDRAC6 to manage your R710 remotely.
Pickup / Delivery:
Server and managed switch can be shipped, but will be expensive due to size and weight. Rack is too large to be shipped and must be picked up. I can provide inexpensive delivery to most of the Columbia, Shuswap and Okanagan areas in British Columbia. The sever is located at my QTH in Salmon Arm, BC.
Trades and Strange Offers:
I’m currently in the market for a newer HF transceiver. I would certainly be willing to work out a deal for the server package in exchange for the right rig. You could end up with a server and some cash!
