ALS-600 Amplifier. Has the 10M option installed.

Completely rebuilt.  4 new Matched MRF-150 MOSFETS from RF Parts CO. Biased properly.  Biasing circuitry repaired.

Power supply has been checked over.  All good. Currently wired for 120VAC.  Can be changed to 240VAC. Less current draw and easier on the PSU.  Slight gain in output. But it is 600-650 MAX. Floats along at 500 no problem.

I can ship it, if you will pay.  Best to pick it up and see it working.  Up to you.
