This clean compact working desktop amplifier operates quietly on the traditional ham bands of 10-160 M (including the 3 WARC bands).

Comes with a pair of newly purchased, installed and neutralized (New Old Stock) Centron 572B tubes, tested at 800 W output on 20 M CW with 100W input. Rated for 1200 W PEP input power on SSB, 1000 W on CW and 400W on AM/FM/FSK.  Bias was adjusted to .09 amps when the new tubes were installed and tested.

Copy of the manual and 110 V AC power cord included. Currently wired for 110 VAC  (18 amps) but can be rewired for 230 VAC (9 amps).  Has an RCA jack PTT relay input for keying and RCA jack ALC input. Weight is 20 kg (before packaging).

Voltage is around 17 V DC on the keying line and draws around 200 mA when keyed. Make sure your radio’s amplifier keying output can handle this,  use an external keying relay, or the optional Ameritron ARB-704 Radio Amplifier Interface Buffer, available separately for an additional $125.
