This is a full package deal. I have the radio with charger and brand new mic just tested out of the package a hotspot for the dmr function and an rt systems cable and you can download the program after purchase of the radio because I bought that also. This radio has not been used much at all and was bought new last July 2024.  I have two other handhelds and this one just sat around because i bought a kenwood 74 also
