4 channel audio mixer / headphone amplifier

I purchased by mistake. This is a single input / 4 output mixer/amplifier. It hasn’t been used or even plugged in. I meant to purchase something that would give me 4 signals in and 1 signal out. Comes with power adapter and instruction booklet.
