These are commercial verticals made for the AM broadcast band.  The 75′ vertical is like new and was never installed.  The other one, about 72′ tall, was in use, but is as new. They achieve resonance at approximately 1300 Khz in the AM broadcast band through the use of an internal loading coil built into the 2nd section from the bottom.  That coil is easily shorted out either internally, or externally, making either antenna very attractive as a full-sized 80/75m vertical antenna.

The “screw together” sections are each between 18 and 20′ long, so you will need a flatbed truck or 20′ trailer to move them.  They should be able to be loaded with 3-4 people.
