Wanted: PL Encoder for TW-4000A (TU-4C)

I have an old Kenwood TW-4000A dual band mobile from around 1983. There was an accessory PL board for it, the TU-4C, which mine does not have. I’m wondering if someone might have the board in a junk bin or in a dead/decommissioned TW-4000A?
