If you are interested in this receiver then you most likely already know everything about it.

I bought it brand new from RHEcomm in Richmond, BC just under 2 years ago after I passed my ham radio license.
I have a background in astrophysics and thought I would use this to build some 1.42Ghz hydrogen spectrum analyzing while also having the ability to listen in on High Frequency as well as some VHF.

But I honestly only ever use my Icom 2300H in my truck for camping and never really did the things I wanted to do with this. I played around very little with this and never actually tried any high frequency with it.

I figure I might as well sell it and stop lying to myself about one day doing hydrogen mapping of the night sky. Reality is, I just find myself spending more time rebuilding old cars, and playing on my ATV.

I am a mature owner who works in the cyber security industry so I will sell this for cash only. If you want to do a certified cheque, we will go to your bank and do it as even those can be scammed now. we will also meet near the police station on Cambie and 2nd, by the bridge to downtown. I’ll bring a battery, cables, and an antenna so we can try it out there.

Im eager to sell as its just collecting dust, but at the same time very firm on the price because I know its an excellent price for this.
