The watt meter is designed for the UHF Band 220 to 400 MHz
so reads only about 1/3 to 1/2 of actual forward power on 145 MHz
When compared to a Bird with the appropriate 100-250 MHz slug

To use this watt meter on other frequencies

one would need to bypass the internal band pass filter, and re-calibrate the output of the directional coupler.

Seems to work  at 440 MHz – the upper limit of the built in band pass filter
Though would require some calibration
as it reads   lower than the BIRD reference at 440 MHz
