$1,000

For sale are four 10-foot sections of Rohn 25G tower, plus the 4-foot top section, rotor plate and thrust bearing.  This tower was installed at my former QTH in Burnaby for approximately 18 months and was purchased new.  All the original hardware (nuts, bolts, et cetera) is with the tower.

The tower has been disassembled and stored under cover for 18 months.  It is in excellent condition – like new – and has no rust, corrosion or mechanical damage.

It is located in Surrey, BC and is ready for pickup.

I bought the tower for use with my 6m Yagi and worked extensive 6m DX and meteor scatter using it in 2021 and 2022.  I achieved 6m WAS and VUCC with it.

The purchase price for the tower and components was over $2000, but I am listing it at a substantial reduction from that price despite the fact that it is practically new.  It will serve you and your amateur operations for decades once it is reinstalled!

I have attached two photos of the tower as it was installed at my old QTH.

NOTE: The photos shows the tower at a height of 34′: I only installed three sections of the tower and kept the fourth section in reserve for installation if I needed it.  All four sections (total of 40′, plus 4′ top section for total tower height of 44 feet) are included in this sale.

As noted above, the rotator plate and thrust bearing (a $200 part in and of itself) are also included in this sale.
