IslandHF Radio Association

IslandHF is an informal group of amateur radio operators with special interest in the High Frequency bands. We have the club call sign VA7IHF. We are not formally incorporated and our notion of a “meeting” is to get together over coffee or a beer to discuss our common HF interests.

We have a second interest: to help new radio amateurs get on the air, on the HF bands. This is where the magic happens. Our support will include helping them get equipment, learning logging software, operating for fun or in contests, sharing HF camaraderie at club meetings, and much much more.
