CB mobile radios, mostly 23 CH. but many 40s and some SSB, warking. 11 meter H/helds , near new condition. Scanners..OMG, way too many  most are trunkers and R/Shack 500 to 1000 CH. units.  Portable H/held SW  recievers, YAESU and ICOM.  2 shelves of miscmeters and stuff,  just a lot of ” must have”  and its all working and ingood shape.
