Title says it, really.  I’ve got a bunch of hustler resonators in the truck, but I’d like to give HF APRS a whirl, as well as have access to CB channels using my mobile rig.  

I know they’re available on ebay, but all of them are out of country and shipping and duty is a real bummer.
