This classic well built Heathkit 80-10 M balun was designed to match 75 ohm coax to 300 ohm balanced line (300 ohm TV twinlead could be used) at 250 W AM and higher power on SSB. Will work with 52 ohm coax with a small mismatch.
It is 9 inches square and 5 inches deep and has an aluminum case. Not weatherproof but could be put outside in a plastic box to run coax into the house.
Has SO-239 coax input and two nut and bolt type insulator outputs and comes with a print of the manual, which can be found at:
