This is an early EF Johnson bug. It has the spring clip weight, rivetted tag instead of the later stick-on label and the Les Logan bullseye finger pieces.
Adjustable from about 15 to 30+wpm. Black crinkle finish has a few chips around the edges but in good shape and works well.
