I have a 48ft Delhi ( 6 x 8ft sections ) down and ready to go.

I will not have room to install.

The tower is used. I have stripped and spray primed the complete tower. The tower is in very good shape. A final top spray coat would be useful, however all the hard work is complete.
There are new bolts, nuts, and washers, plus three brand new base stubs.
The tower is set up to accept bolt patterns for either Yaesu rotor and bearing and the conventional rotors and bearings
Additionally I have an approx. 8ft 2.5″ steel mast to go with it.
